BUT WAIT...what's with the marker for Michael Jackson??? Wasn't he buried in Forest Lawn Memorial Park near Los Angeles? Well, yes he was. So what's buried under his marker at Woodlawn?

Buried under the gravestone are two coffins filled with MJ memorabilia, collectibles and trinkets that were left by fans on the steps of the Motown Museum in Detroit not long after Michael passed. Woodlawn Cemetery donated this plot so he could be remembered by the Detroit/Michigan fans that made him & his brothers famous.
