Michigan Boy Scout Broke A National Record
This is one dedicated young man. 11 year old Boy Scout , Mason Schlafer from Norton Shores, has broken the Popcorn selling record. This kid is going places, there is no doubt about that.
Mason is the top seller in the nation and has broken a national record for the Boy Scouts of America's popcorn sales. This 11 year old go getter sold more than $57 thousand dollars worth of popcorn.
Back in 2016, Schlafer sold more than $20 thousand worth, which made him the top seller in the Boy Scouts of America Central Region. It was enough money to fund the purchase of 10 years worth of Pinewood Derby Trophies for Troop 1053.
Quite an amazing young Scout.
