Here's a 15-minute video - looks like some kind of film featurette that may have been seen in movie theaters...not sure.

It shows what Michigan travel was like in the 1950's: it mentions Lansing, Jackson, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and Grand Rapids. It shows a glimpse of Michigan Avenue facing west toward the Capitol building...the video also features segments on Michigan State University, Mackinac Bridge, Fort Michilimackinac, Red Barn Theater, Greenfield Village, Sault Ste. Marie, Mackinac Island, Marquette and more throughout Michigan.
