March is Here and Michigan Has Lots to Offer

March is officially here and there's lots of thing to do this month.  March is Women's History Month.  In honor, Women's Historical Center  and Hall of Fame will present its Women's History Reception in downtown Lansing.

Here's an event for the science lover in you.  The Cranbrook Institute of Science in Bloomfield Hills will present Science Talks, The Nature of Cities on Thursday, March 3.  Science Talks is a regular series of lectures from experts with The Nature Conservancy.

The first weekend of March is Girlfriends Weekend in downtown Holland.  From Friday, March 4 through Sunday, March 6, girlfriends are invited to shop, toast, eat and enjoy good friendships in the city.   The Lansing State Journal has more fun things to do in March.
