According to WILX-TV 10, many parents use their cell phones while driving with kids in the backseat.

Researchers at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia did an online survey of 760 parents, finding about half use cell phones while driving with children.

One in seven admitted to using social media while driving, and a third said they read text messages with their kids in the car.
