Man With 132-pound Scrotum…for REAL

I wouldn't joke about somethin' like THIS.....Wesley Warren Jr., who suffered from scrotal lymphedema, passed away March 14 in Las Vegas at the age of 49...no cause of death has been announced, even though he suffered a couple of heart attacks.
