Former Lansing Resident Malcolm X Speaks at MSU, 1963
Back in 1963, Malcolm X paid a visit to East Lansing and spoke about the differences between segregation and separation.
He was born Malcolm Little in 1925 in Omaha, Nebraska; family moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1929 and to Lansing not long afterward while he was still a small child.
