‘Lego’ Tops at the Box Office

The Lego movie, the latest toy story to take over the big screen, collected more than $69 million over the weekend! The Lego movie, which follows Transformers and G.I. Joe as toys that made the successful leap from shelf to screen was no match for any other opening movie at the box office. By the way, brace yourself for the toy invasion. Ouija-The spooky board game gets the big-screen treatment Oct. 24.
Monopoly- is set to begin production next summer.
Candy Land-Adam Sandler's Happy Madison production company will produce the film version of the toddler's board game. No release date is set.
