Lea Michele recently professed her devotion to 'Glee' creator Ryan Murphy and even not-so-subtly hinted that she would love a stint on 'American Horror Story.' But could she be headed to an entirely different series instead?

Earlier tonight (March 29), 'Sons of Anarchy' series executive producer and director Paris Barclay -- whose directing credits also include 'Glee' -- posted a tweet that made us think Lea would be welcome in the show's fictional town of Charming, Calif.

In a message to series creator and executive producer Kurt Sutter, Barclay tweeted a link to this PopCrush article, complimenting Lea's outfit from the 2014 Kids' Choice Awards, and asked his co-worker if the 'Glee' star was ready for Charming. Sutter agreed that Lea was "smoking hot" and joked that when it comes to women, Charming could definitely use an upgrade.

'Sons of Anarchy' fans immediately responded in support of Lea making an appearance on the show. With the end of 'Glee' on the horizon, this would definitely be an edgy role for Lea!
