After three days of snow and cold temperatures, the Lansing region will warm up towards the middle of the week, to the 40's.

Friday's storm left us with a little more than five inches of snow on the Lansing area.  Light snow showers throughout the day Saturday added another 1.4 inches onto what was already on the ground.

As of 2 p.m. Sunday, another 3.1 inches had fallen.  Temperatures today will stick in the 20's, but on Tuesday, they get closer to 30 degrees during the day.

Wednesday and Thursday temperatures will bump above 40 degrees.  The Lansing State Journal has all the details.
