Lansing Steak’ n Shake Food Service Worker Tested Positive for Hepatitis A

According to WILX-TV 10, the Ingham County Health Department said a food service worker tested positive for Hepatitis A at Lansing's Steak' n Shake restaurant at 540 Edgewood Blvd.

People who ate at the restaurant between Sept. 2-25 may have been exposed, according to the health department.

People who ate at the restaurant more recently, Sept. 14-25, are advised to receive the hepatitis A vaccine.  Vaccination can prevent hepatitis A if given within 14 days of exposure.  Click on the above link for more information.
