Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1 Still Number 1

The Hunger Games:  Mockingjay Part 1 cleaned up over the holiday weekend, beating fresh film competition Penguins of Madagascar and Horrible Bosses 2.

Jennifer Lawrence and her band of rebels earned an estimated $83 million during the five day Thanksgiving holiday and $57 million for the three day weekend.

It's the third highest five day Thanksgiving weekend total on record.  The third of four Hunger Games films has earned $480 million worldwide in 10 days.
