It's difficult to be cheery when the world around you is frozen and gloomy.  Here are several ideas on simple ways to improve your mood during cold months.

1.  Fall in love with a winter sport.  Find a winter activity you enjoy, it will give you something to look forward to.

2.  Take care of yourself.  Motivating yourself to exercise isn't easy when it's frigid outside, but it will improve your mood.
