It's that time of year once again!! The time for parents to buy children costumes of their favorite characters from shows, movies and more, so they can have a fun night of trick or treating.

While it seems like Halloween is geared toward kids, there's more to do for the grownups as well.  Here are several events taking place this month:

Demented Mitten Tours, 2800 E. Michigan Ave.  Another event taking place this Friday, Oct. 26 from dementedtours.com.  This night of ghost hunting, true crime talk and creepy history in the Capital City is masquerade night.

On Saturday, Oct. 27 from 9 p.m. until 11 p.m., be a part of Dracula's Wedding.  Blood donations facilitated by the Red Cross during sunlight hours on Oct. 26.  Free single ticket for those who donate blood to Dracula's Wedding.

There is also an adult Coed Halloween Kickball Tournament taking place on Saturday, Oct. 27.  This will take place at Erickson Park at 4250 S. Canal Rd. from 12 p.m. until 7 p.m.  The Lansing State Journal has more.
