General Motors is investing $36 million at its Lansing Delta Township Assembly plant for future crossover production, according to the Lansing State Journal.

The plant currently builds the Chevrolet Traverse and Buick Enclave crossovers.   In my opinion, two of the best looking vehicles on the road today.

General Motors CEO Mary Barra said, this plant is building an incredibly important product in the Chevrolet Traverse and the Buick Enclave.

The plant ended production of GMC's Acadia in 2017 and some 600 employees were laid off.  So far the automaker has not announced a product to replace the Acadia.

Since 2009, GM has invested more than $600 million into Lansing Delta Township Assembly.    Click on the above link for additional information.
