Fireworks and Other Fun Fourth of July Activities in Greater Lansing

Let's begin with Friday's Delta Township Fireworks and celebration.  It all happens at Sharp Park at 1401 Elmwood rd. in Lansing.  Concert 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the amphitheater.

City of Lansing Fourth of July Parade and fireworks at Adado Riverfront Park at 300 N. Grand Ave.  Parade steps off from the Capitol grounds at 11 a.m.  Patriotic music performed by the Lansing Concert Band at 8 p.m. followed by the fireworks at 10 p.m.

Lansing Lugnuts Fourth of July Fireworks at Cooley Law School Stadium, 505 E. Michigan Ave.  Fireworks at dusk following the ball game.

Fourth of July celebrations in Portland, Williamston, Eaton Rapids, Fowlerville, and Mason.  Let's not forget about the Meridian Township Fireworks at 10 p.m.. at Central Park South, 1990 Central Park Drive in Okemos.  Best viewing areas are located on the north side of Meridian Mall and the Township Municipal Complex on Marsh Road.
