Fenner Nature Center Apple Butter Festival October 14 and 15

Please join Fenner Nature Center as they celebrate the sights, sounds and smells of autumn and harvest time at the 44th Annual Apple Butter Festival on October 14 and 15 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Enjoy authentic homemade apple butter, baked treats, music, old time games, fall activities, historical crafts, and so much more.

Apple Butter Festival typically sees around 4,000 visitors over the two days, supporting Fenner's mission of connecting people to nature in the heart of Lansing.

Each year at the festival, Fenner follows the time honored tradition of making apple butter in their large copper kettle over the fire.  The Lansing State Journal has more.
