Fate of Teacher who Taunted Child Stuck in Chair has been Decided

Remember the video we saw of the teacher taunting the child stuck in the chair?  Turns out she won't be fired.  WILX Channel 10 reports that Nicole McVey will be suspended for a year for the incident she refers to as a "very bad series of choices"
