On Thursday, August 7, 2014, the Dove and Grammy nominated band Royal Tailor will move feet, hearts and minds in their benefit concert for Bruce and Tami Allen’s life-changing work with Pioneer Bible Translators. Doors will open at 6:30pm for this 7:00pm concert hosted by Crossroads Church and Ministries at 717 US Highway 27 North in Marshall, Michigan. Tickets are $15 online or $20 at the door. “We want people to come and enjoy the music, have fun, and enjoy the presence of God. We want people to know you can be who you want to be, you can achieve what you want to achieve and realize we’ve all been created for something greater than ourselves,” said Battle Creek native Tauren Wells, lead vocalist for Royal Tailor.
Their hit song, Ready, Set Go, currently #1 on the Hot AC chart and #2 on Air1, continues to challenge listeners to let God put their lives in motion and “Be the hope, be the light, be the love right now, starting right now.”
The Allen’s are IT Specialists with Pioneer Bible Translators (PBT) and partners at Crossroads Church in Marshall for more than 20 years. They provide much needed technical support for PBT missionaries around the globe. By utilizing internet-based software from their home office here in Michigan and taking international “Allen Geek Team” trips to branch offices overseas, Bruce and Tami both are a vital part of PBT’s mission to reach the Bible-less people of the world with the transforming message of the Bible.
