A three story zip line across the Grand River at Adado Riverfront Park could be here by Spring 2018.  The Lansing City Council approved a draft license agreement this week for the $1.7 million project.

The license requires a 30 day review and a public hearing before it can get the final council approval by as early as next month.

If approved, the developer plans to build the structure in the park north of Saginaw Street.  The zip line would stretch 400 feet across the river to a smaller structure, where riders could take another zip line back to the main 45 foot structure.

The main structure would be located on the river's east bank and include a rope course.  Here's more from the Lansing State Journal.
