Researchers say that if you don't spend enough time in bed sleeping you are at a higher risk of getting sick.

Here is the science part...a University study found that insufficient sleep time leaves you with a greater likelihood of catching a cold.  Those conducting the survey have spent the last 7 years exploring psychological factors that contribute to illness and a lack of sleep was the main culprit.

Don't even get me started on if you should let your Dog sleep in the bed or not.  (I say yes, my husband does not agree)

It would seem the best way to stay healthy is to hit the hay and get more sleep. Zzzzzzz
