Connxtions Comedy Club Officially Closing with Tuesday Auction

Pictures of comedians and dozens of appliances and fixtures will be auctioned off today at Connxtions Comedy Club in Lansing, which abruptly closed in late April.

The club is liquidating all of its assets, including pictures of performing comedians that lined the club's walls during its 30 years of operation.

The auction will take place at the club at 2900 N. East St. and also online at auction.orbitbid.com/home.cfm.  It begins at 8 a.m. and will close at 6 p.m.

Connxtions' final comedy act was on April 28.  Previous star performers included Dave Coulier, Sinbad, Kevin Hart, Louise Anderson, Jon Lovitz, Rob Schneider and Kevin Nealon.  The Lansing State Journal has more.
