The Veterans Memorial in Coleman is something you really need to check out.

These are sculptures that depict U.S. soldiers from every American war since World War I. The white sculptures represent the soldiers who were killed in action and the brown ones honor the ones still living and/or serving.

It's not that far and would be a perfect stop to make during your next Michigan roadtrip. Coleman is in Midland County, 22 miles northwest of Midland and the sculpture is located on the east side of downtown Coleman, at 451 E. Railway Street between 1st and 2nd Streets.

If you have a heart, you will be moved.
