Capital City River Run Brought Thousands to Downtown Lansing

The Capital City River Run brought thousands of runners to downtown Lansing on Sunday.  The annual River Run includes a marathon, half marathon, 5K and relay.

The races started and ended in Adado Riverfront Park, with the 5K taking runners past the Capitol and state Supreme Court and the marathon and half marathon taking runners through MSU's campus.

The full marathon also took runners to south Lansing and through Hawk Island Park.  It's all about having fun and to be able to get your medal after the race.  Here's more from the Lansing State Journal.
