Florence Henderson Reveals She Caught a Case of ‘Bugs’ From New York Mayor John Lindsay

STORY YOU MAY HAVE MISSED FROM A FEW YEARS AGO:

Florence Henderson - Mrs. Brady on "The Brady Bunch" - admits in her autobiography that in the 1960's she had a one-night stand with New York mayor John Lindsay...and he gave her a case of...well, to put it nicely, a sexually-transmitted parasite.

REALLY? MRS. BRADY?
Yes, Mrs. Brady. And to her credit, she readily admits her mistake. In her book, "Life Is Not A Stage," she writes: "I was lonely. I knew it wasn't the right thing to do. So, what did I do? I did it." She discovered the little bugs the next morning; Lindsay sheepishly apologized by sending a note......A NOTE? Oh, brother.

She goes on to say "He must have had quite the active life. What a way to put the kibosh on a relationship."
