According to the Lansing State Journal, April and Tom English decided to open their own Baskin Robbins store, the first in the Lansing area in over seven years.

The Williamston residents searched for a property with enough room for 36 tubs of ice cream behind the front counter.

Their new store at 1917 W. Grand River Ave. in Okemos fits the bill.  The space offers more than 1,600 square feet of space and seating for more than 30 people.

When its doors open at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 17, fans of the brand will likely find exactly what they're looking for.  Click on the above link for more information.
