Barbie’s Dream House Costs a Bit More These Days

MSN.com has a great story today about what it would cost Barbie to maintain her original dream house which was actually a 425 sq foot studio apartment.  the folks at Movoto Real Estate Blog,

checked out the price in cities across the country.  For example:  In New York her rent would be $2300 a month but in Houston which the people at Movoto say isn't a good place for her due to the hair issues with the humidity but for a girl on a budget it's a sweet $735 a month.  Funny they didn't check out Detroit....not Barbies style.
