If you enjoy eating late in the day, or eating like the rich folk, as my Dad used to say.   That may cause you some serious health problems.

Studies show that there is a well known link between eating late and weight gain .  Now new findings are out that suggest that you late night foodies have an increased chance of diabetes and heart disease.

A team of U.S. researchers found that eating your meals later boosts glucose and insulin levels, which are implicated in diabetes.

I have never been one to eat late, I just can't sleep if I am full.   A friend of mine will wake up in the middle of the night, walk into the kitchen and start eating. ..seriously!

Daytime eating produces hormone changes to help you feel full longer, and that may help prevent chronic health effects later in life.

I saw an Oprah story where she said stop eating at least 4 hours before bed, and it looks like she was on to something.
