I'm Monica Harris. If the name sounds familiar, that's because I've been on Lansing radio since my teens. I have been on morning radio in Mid-Michigan for 31 years. (I currently hold the morning show longevity record for men and women) My job is to get up early so I can wake up Mid-Michigan, a privilege I do not take for granted. I LOVE my job. I'm married to WILX NBC Anchor David Andrews, and this year we will be celebrating 33 years of marital bliss. We have 3 daughters (#GirlMom) Austin Laura, Carson and Payton. I'm an animal lover. In fact, we have 4 rescues: 3 cats and 1 very silly and a bit neurotic rescue pup. In my spare time I love cooking, baking and gardening. I have lived in Mid- Michigan my entire life. I was born in Owosso and spent my summers at our cottage at Higgins Lake. I am a Michigan State Spartan fan and a die hard Detroit Lions fan. It continues to be my absolute privilege to be a part of our wonderful community and a part of Lansing Radio.
