Annoying? Maybe but it’s not against the law

ABC News and the Grand Rapids Press are reporting that you can now be a jerk to whomever you please.  An old law saying you can't be annoying to other people in public has been struck from the books so turns out you can be annoying, but you still can't lie, cheat or steal!
