ALDI Webberville Warehouse Hiring

The ALDI warehouse in Webberville (2625 North Stockbridge Road/M52) will hold a hiring fair Friday, January 18th, from 7 AM to 7 PM. 

If you weren't aware, the minimum wage in Michigan is $9.25 an hour (it will jump to $9.45 an hour in March), while ALDI starting wages are $16.00 an hour. 

Available positions are for Warehouse Associates. 

The postcard that showed up in my mailbox at home yesterday says that ALDI offers "Excellent pay benefits, including medical, dental and vision, as well as short-term and long-term disability plans, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and sick days and paid vacations." (Eligibility for benefits after ninety days on the job)

Prior warehouse experience isn't necessary and annual wage increases are 50 cents an hour after your first and second years, then pay jumps by a dollar an hour to $19.00 a year by your 5th year there.
