Demolition work at Patriarche Park is underway as a $576,000 project to redesign the play area of East Lansing's largest park moves forward. Gone will be the wooden version built in 1995. In its place will be equipment more accessible to kids of all abilities while offering spots for adults to sit and watch their children.
