80,000 People Attended the Great Lakes Folk Festival
What a beautiful weekend for the Great Lakes Folk Festival in downtown East Lansing. Over the weekend, nearly 80,000 people attended the Folk Festival.
The festival offered five stages of music featuring around 20 fiddlers as well as hands on activities and interactive opportunities for the community.
You can learn to swing dance with a swing group, you can learn waltzing traditions and you can get a chance to learn to dance to zydeco music.
It's a showcase of the traditional arts and culture of Michigan. Here's what WILX-TV 10 had to say.
