Conair, owner of the Cuisinart brand is recalling 8 million food processors due to a blade hazard that can cause lacerations.

Over time the processor's riveted blade can crack and metal pieces can break off into the processed food.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) website, Conair received 69 reports of consumers finding broken pieces of the blade in processed food, including 30 reports of mouth lacerations or tooth injuries.  Here's more from the Detroit Free Press.
